Job summary

Complete Care Management is seeking an RN Registered Nurse for Direct Care in Towson, MD. We offer Full & Part Time positions, with PRN opportunities for experienced candidates.

This role provides skilled nursing care to residents recently discharged from hospital and those needing long-term support. Responsibilities include administering medications, wound care, health assessments, care planning, collaboration with physicians and therapists, family education, and comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications

• MD RN license required.
• Experience in direct care setting preferred.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications (oral/topical/IV)
• Provide treatments including wound care and pain management
• Conduct health assessments and monitor patient changes
• Develop and update individualized care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists and social workers
• Educate patients and families about health status and care expectations
• Maintain thorough documentation of health status and care
• Oversee delegation to LPNs/CNAs ensuring quality care

Here's What You'll Do for Our Residents:

• Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications
• Treatments: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings
• Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct health assessments, track changes & analyze data
• Care Planning: Create, update & execute individualized care
• Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others
• Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care
• Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions
• Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate to LPN's and CNA's ensuring quality care/teamwork
