Complete Care Management in Hyattsville, MD seeks an RN Registered Nurse (Direct Care) for full-time or part-time positions. The role includes administering medications, wound care, assessments, care planning, and collaboration with physicians, therapists, and families.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications (oral, topical, IV, injectable).
• Perform wound care, manage pain, apply dressings.
• Conduct health assessments and monitor changes.
• Create, update & execute individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers & others.
• Educate residents and families about health status and care.
• Document detailed health records, care, progress & interactions.
• Oversee and delegate to LPNs and CNAs.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents:

Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications

Treatments: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings

Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct health assessments, track changes & analyze data

Care Planning: Create, update & execute individualized care

Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others

Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care

Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions

Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate to LPN’s and CNA’s ensuring quality care/teamwork
