Job summary

Complete Care is hiring an RN Registered Nurse (Direct Care) in Maryland to provide skilled nursing care for residents recently discharged from hospital and those needing long-term care.

We offer $9,000 FT sign-on and $4,500 PT sign-on, shift and weekend differentials, premium wages, and daily pay options.

You will administer medications, perform wound care, assess health, update care plans, collaborate with physicians and therapists, educate families, document care, and mentor LPNs and CNAs.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an RN in Maryland.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, and references.
• Professional and clinical leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications (oral, topical, IV, injections).
• Perform wound care and pain management; apply dressings.

Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications

Treatments: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings

Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct health assessments, track changes & analyze data

Care Planning: Create, update & execute individualized care

Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others

Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care

Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions

Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate to LPN's and CNA's ensuring quality care/teamwork
