Job summary

Complete Care, Inc. in Maryland is hiring an RN Registered Nurse (Direct Care) to provide skilled nursing care for residents recently discharged from hospital and for long-term care needs.

The role offers a $6,000 sign-on bonus for full-time positions, with shift differentials of +$3/hr on 2nd/3rd shifts and +$4/hr on weekends, plus options for growth and daily pay. We provide comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K and PTO/sick time.

Qualifications

• Maryland RN license and eligibility to work in MD.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Here's What You'll Do for Our Residents:

Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications

Treatments: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings

Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct health assessments, track changes & analyze data

Care Planning: Create, update & execute individualized care

Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others

Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care

Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions

Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate to LPN's and CNA's ensuring quality care/teamwork
