Complete Care Management is seeking an RN Registered Nurse for Direct Care to support residents recently discharged or long-term care needs. You'll administer medications, provide wound care, monitor health status, and collaborate with physicians, therapists and social workers to ensure high-quality care.

This role offers weekend 3rd shift, growth opportunities, daily pay options, and a strong emphasis on patient education, documentation, and team leadership.

Formación

• Must hold a Delaware RN license.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and screenings.
• Strong clinical skills with leadership qualities.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications: oral, topical, IV, injectable.
• Treatments: wound care/prevention, pain management, dressings.
• Assessment & monitoring: health assessments, track changes, analyze data.
• Care planning: create, update, execute individualized care.
• Collaboration: plan care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others.
• Family & resident education: explain health status and expectations.
• Documentation: maintain detailed health status records and progress.
• Team oversight: oversee and delegate to LPNs/CNAs.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents:

Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications

Treatments: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings

Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct health assessments, track changes & analyze data

Care Planning: Create, update & execute individualized care

Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others

Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care

Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions

Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate to LPN’s and CNA’s ensuring quality care/teamwork
