Complete Care, Inc. is seeking a RN Registered Nurse to provide direct care for residents recently discharged from hospital or in long-term care settings.

The role offers a $7,500 sign-on bonus for full-time positions and a $2/hr shift differential for 2nd shift, with options for full or part-time schedules and daily pay. You will administer medications, perform treatments, and contribute to care planning, assessments, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Licensed to work within the State of Delaware as a RN Registered Nurse.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation.
• Professionally & Clinically Skilled with leadership qualities.

Responsabilités

• Administer medications: oral, topical, IV, injectable.
• Treatments: wound care/prevention, pain management, dressings.
• Assessment & monitoring: health assessments, track changes, analyze data.
• Care planning: create, update, execute individualized care.
• Collaboration: strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others.
• Family & resident education: explain health status and care expectations.
• Documentation: keep detailed health status records and progress.
• Team oversight: oversee and delegate to LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care.
