Complete Care is hiring an RN Registered Nurse for direct care roles in Delaware. We offer full-time and part-time positions with sign-on bonuses of $7,500 for FT2nd shift and $3,750 for PT Any Shift, plus opportunities for growth and a supportive team.

You will administer medications, perform treatments, assess and monitor residents, participate in care planning, collaborate with physicians and therapists, educate families, document care, and supervise LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed to work within the State of Delaware as a RN Registered Nurse.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation.
• Professionally & Clinically Skilled with leadership qualities.

• Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications.
• Treatments: Perform wound care/prevention, monitor and manage pain, apply dressings.
• Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct health assessments, track changes & analyze data.
• Care Planning: Create, update & execute individualized care plans.
• Collaboration: Work with physicians, therapists, social workers & others to coordinate care.
• Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care.
• Documentation: Keep detailed records of health status, care, progress & interactions.
• Team Oversight: Oversee and delegate to LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care.
