Complete Care at Hillside in Wilmington is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care. You'll administer medications, perform wound care, conduct health assessments, and collaborate with various healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Licensed to work within the State of Delaware as a RN Registered Nurse.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, and physical evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications: oral, topical, IV, injectable.
• Perform wound care/prevention and manage pain.
• Conduct health assessments and track changes.
• Create, update & execute individualized care.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers.
• Explain health status and expectations for care.
• Keep a detailed record of health status and care.
• Oversee & delegate to LPNs and CNAs.
