Job summary

Complete Care at Silver Lake is seeking a dedicated RN Registered Nurse for direct care. We offer a $7,500 sign-on bonus for FT and a $3,750 bonus for PT, with opportunities for growth and PRN options.

Qualifications

• Licensed to work within the State of Delaware as a RN Registered Nurse
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation
• Professionally & Clinically Skilled with leadership qualities

Responsibilities

• Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications
• Treatments: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings
• Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct health assessments, track changes & analyze data
• Care Planning: Create, update & execute individualized care
• Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others
• Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care
• Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions
• Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate to LPN's and CNA's ensuring quality care/teamwork
