Job summary

Mercy’s Regional Float Pool seeks an experienced RN to assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care across multiple St. Louis area facilities. You will join a team that values learning, flexibility, and high-quality patient outcomes.

The role requires bedside RN experience, Missouri nursing licensure, and the ability to float among Med/Surg, Tele, ICU, and other units. Night shifts are offered with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• RN license in Missouri or compact state.
• One year bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; two years for ICU or similar units.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Float across Mercy hospitals in the St. Louis region.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams to support patient populations.
