Job summary

Mercy is seeking an experienced RN to join the Regional Float Pool across hospitals in the St. Louis region. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for adult/geriatric patients, and report to facilities within Mercy’s regional footprint.

The role requires bedside RN experience, BLS/ACLS where applicable, and the ability to float to Med/Surg, Tele, Stepdown, ICU, and more. Night shifts and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program.
• One year of bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; two+ years for ICU/others.
• RN license in hiring state or compact licensure.

Responsibilities
