Job summary

Mercy is seeking experienced RNs to join its Regional Float Pool across the St. Louis region. This role offers night shifts and the opportunity to work across Mercy South and surrounding communities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• One year of bedside RN experience for Med/Surg.
• Two years of bedside RN experience for ICU or other specialties.
• Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients.
• Provide care across Mercy's regional facilities within the float pool.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams and maintain high standards of nursing practice.
