Mercy’s Regional Float Pool is looking for experienced Registered Nurses to provide compassionate, evidence‑based care across several St. Louis region hospitals. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients.

This part-time night shift position offers diverse assignments in Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU and stepdown, with pay differentials, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and education assistance. Mercy supports growth and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• RN licensed in the hiring state or with compact licensure.
• One year of bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; two years for ICU/other specialties.
• BLS for Med/Surg/Behavioral Health; BLS and ACLS for Critical Care.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients.
• Float across Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, Stepdown, ICU and other units.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams and patient populations to ensure quality outcomes.
