Job summary

Mercy’s Regional Float Pool is seeking experienced RNs to provide bedside care across Mercy South and surrounding communities. You will join a flexible team covering Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU units across a rotating night-shift schedule in the St. Louis region.

Applicants should have RN licensure in good standing, with 1 year of Med/Surg bedside experience (2 years for ICU) and BLS; BSN preferred. Epic EMR experience is a plus, with competitive benefits and sign-on bonuses.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Missouri or compact state.
• Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum 1 year bedside RN experience in Med/Surg; 2 years for ICU/others.
• BLS required; Women's Health requires BLS & NRP.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care across multiple Mercy facilities.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams and document in Epic EMR.
