Job summary

Mercy seeks a Registered Nurse for its Regional Float Pool across the St. Louis region. This part-time (24 hours/week) night-shift role offers flexibility to float among Med/Surg, Telemetry, SD, ICU, and more.

Requirements include an active RN license, BSN preferred, and 1–2 years bedside experience depending on unit; benefits start day one with strong incentives and education support.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Current RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• 1 year of bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; 2+ years for ED/ICU.
• Preferred: BSN; Certifications: BLS for Med/Surg/Behavioral Health; BLS/ACLS for Critical Care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams and patient populations across facilities.
• Float to multiple units (Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU) as needed.
