Mercy is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join the Regional Float Pool serving multiple hospitals in the St. Louis region. The role involves night shifts and caring for adult/geriatric patients across Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, ICU, and more.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• 1 year of recent bedside RN experience to work Med/Surg; 2+ years for ICU/ specialty areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care per standards.
• Float across Mercy facilities within the regional footprint; collaborate with care teams.
