Job summary

Mercy is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Regional Float Pool, providing bedside care across multiple St. Louis region facilities. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients during night shifts.

Candidate must hold an RN license, with BSN preferred, and bring critical thinking, teamwork and flexibility to travel among Mercy facilities. Sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits welcome you to join Mercy.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• Minimum 1 year bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; 2+ years for ICU/other specialties.
• Preferred Certifications: BLS for Med/Surg/Behavioral Health; BLS & NRP for Women’s Health; BLS & ACLS for CC; BLS/ACLS/PALS for ED.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Provide care across multiple Mercy facilities within the regional footprint.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams and patient populations.
• Maintain patient safety and adherence to nursing standards.
• Demonstrate critical thinking in fast-paced float pool environments.
