Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Oklahoma seeks an RN Quality & Training Coordinator to review and approve patient documentation across SOC, Recertification, ROC and Evaluations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

This role partners with branch leadership to provide ongoing education, coaching and support to licensed professionals, promotes high‑quality patient care, regulatory readiness, and builds strong relationships with referral sources, patients, caregivers and employees.

Qualifications

• Must be an RN with an active license.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum of one year of experience.
• Experience in Medicare home health or hospice preferred.
• Valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance.
• Proficient with basic technology and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve patient documentation during SOC, Recert, ROC and Evaluations.
• Partner with branch leadership to educate, train and support LPs.
• Coach and train to improve clinician competency and compliance.
• Promote high-quality patient care and regulatory readiness.
• Maintain relationships with referral sources, patients, caregivers and staff.
