Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Oklahoma seeks an RN Quality & Training Coordinator to review and approve Start of Care, Recertification, ROC and Evaluation documentation, ensuring it meets regulatory requirements and current standards.

The role partners with branch leadership to provide ongoing education and coaching to Licensed Professionals, supports regulatory readiness, and fosters strong relationships with referral sources, patients, caregivers and staff.

Qualifications

• Must be an RN with an active license.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in Medicare home health or hospice preferred.
• Strong communication and technology skills expected.

Responsabilités

• Review and approve SOC, Recertification, ROC, and Evaluation documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Provide ongoing education and coaching to LPs; partner with branch leadership.
• Promote high-quality patient care and regulatory readiness.
• Foster relationships with referral sources, patients, caregivers and staff.
