Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking an RN Quality & Training Coordinator to review and approve SOC, Recertification, ROC, and Evaluation documentation. You will partner with branch leadership to educate and support licensed professionals, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

The role emphasizes coaching clinicians, maintaining high-quality patient care, and building strong relationships with referral sources, patients, and staff while advancing regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Must be an RN with a valid clinical license to practice per state requirements.
• Minimum of one year of experience in Medicare home health or hospice.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance as required by law.
• Experience with packet review/quality improvement and coding preferred.
• Demonstrated technology skills, including mobile devices and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Review and approve all patient documentation submitted by Licensed Professionals during Start of Care, Recertification, Resumption of Care, and Evaluation visits.
• Partner with branch leadership to provide ongoing education, training and support to LPs to meet regulatory standards.
• Conduct individual coaching and in-depth training sessions to improve clinician competency and compliance.
• Promote high-quality patient care, support regulatory readiness and foster relationships with referral sources, patients, caregivers, and employees.
