Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking an RN Quality & Training Coordinator to review and approve clinician documentation across SOC, Recertification, ROC, and Evaluation visits. You will partner with branch leadership to educate and support Licensed Professionals, ensuring care documentation meets regulatory standards.

You will conduct coaching sessions to raise clinician competency and compliance, promote high-quality patient care, and strengthen relationships with referral sources, patients

Competenze

• Must be an RN with valid state license and CPR certification.
• Minimum one year of experience in a Medicare home health or hospice setting.

Mansioni

• Review and approve patient documentation submitted by Licensed Professionals during SOC, Recertification, ROC, and Evaluation visits.
• Partner with branch leadership to provide ongoing education, training, and support to LPs.
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory requirements and reflects current standards and best practices.
• Conduct individual coaching and training sessions to improve clinician competency and compliance.
• Promote high-quality patient care and regulatory readiness; foster relationships with referral sources, patients, caregivers and employees.
