Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing
• 1 year RN experience required
• ACLS/BLS certification preferred at hire, ACLS within 6 months of hire

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessment and create care plans
• Serve as point of contact for patient care coordination
• Act as a patient safety advocate and participate in quality improvement
• Administer medications safely per policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
