Qualifications

• Strong teaching, clinical leadership and collaboration with clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding new employees with competency-based orientation.
• Coordinate preceptor development activities and educational events.
• Lead ongoing staff education and clinical practice updates.
• Evaluate educational outcomes and revise programs to improve care.
