Job summary

Simpsonville Post Acute in Simpsonville, SC is seeking a dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a PRN basis. This role delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in a skilled nursing environment, with flexible scheduling and the option for reliable hours.

You will administer medications per physician orders, monitor residents, and collaborate with CNAs and LPNs while maintaining PCC documentation and complying with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in South Carolina (in good standing).
• Current CPR certification.
• Must maintain all required continuing education.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Experience with PCC (PointClickCare) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes appropriately.
• Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation in PointClickCare (PCC).
