Simpsonville Post Acute in Simpsonville, SC is seeking a dependable PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care in a skilled nursing environment. This flexible role supports a collaborative clinical team.

The position offers PRN scheduling with pay of $27-$29 per hour plus up to $5 per hour shift differentials, and opportunities to work across our facility network while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in South Carolina (in good standing).
• Current CPR certification.
• Must maintain all required continuing education.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
