Piedmont Post Acute is hiring a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our 88-bed skilled nursing facility in Piedmont, SC. The RN will oversee high-quality nursing care and support a resident-centered care model.

We offer competitive pay at $34-$36/hour for Full-Time and Part-Time roles, with next-day pay available, a $1,000 sign-on, $5,000 tuition reimbursement, PTO + 401(k) with company match, and career advancement opportunities within our SC network.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered SC RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Maintains continuing education and good standing with the SC Board.
• Experience with PCC preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication in care settings.
• Passion for resident-centered, compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise direct patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes.
• Lead and support CNAs and LPNs to ensure quality care.

Position Summary

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will oversee and deliver high-quality nursing care, ensuring residents receive safe, effective, and compassionate care in accordance with their individualized plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise direct patient care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents' conditions and communicate changes to physicians and care team
• Lead and support CNAs and LPNs to ensure quality care delivery
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility standards
• Promote a safe, clean, and resident-centered environment

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina (required)
• Current CPR certification required
• Must maintain all required continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
• Passion for providing compassionate, resident-focused care
