Job summary

Simpsonville Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in our skilled nursing environment. You will rely on evidence-based care plans and physician orders to guide daily nursing activities.

This full-time role offers 12-hour day shifts with both day and night coverage, competitive pay of $33-$35 per hour plus up to $5/hr shift differential, a $3,500 sign-on bonus, and generous loan repayment options.

Qualifications

• RN license in South Carolina (active, in good standing).
• CPR certification.
• Continuing education as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee direct nursing care based on care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes appropriately.
• Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in PointClickCare (PCC).
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal care outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
