Job summary

Simpsonville Post Acute in Simpsonville, SC is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time day and night shifts. You will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in our skilled nursing environment and work to ensure residents receive safe, timely care.

Responsibilities include administering medications, following care plans, supervising CNAs and LPNs, documenting in PCC, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team while complying with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Active SC RN license
• CPR certification required
• Continuing education obligation
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes appropriately
