Job summary

Piedmont Post Acute, a 88-bed skilled nursing facility in Piedmont, SC, is hiring a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality care on an as-needed basis. You will supervise direct patient care, administer meds, monitor residents, and guide CNAs and LPNs while ensuring proper documentation and a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina (required).
• Current CPR certification required.
• Must maintain continuing education and stay in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise direct patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to physicians and care team.
• Support and guide CNAs and LPNs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Promote a safe, clean, and resident-focused environment.
