Job summary

Simpsonville Post Acute is seeking a dependable and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a PRN basis. This role offers flexible scheduling while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a skilled nursing environment.

You will provide direct nursing care per care plans, administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and the interdisciplinary team. A SC RN license and CPR are required, with continuing education and PCC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• South Carolina RN license required.
• CPR certification.
• Continuing education requirements.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes.
• Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation in PCC.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
