Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital in Athens, GA is seeking an experienced RN preceptor for the Nurse Residency Unit. This role supports new graduate RNs at the bedside, teaching, demonstrating and guiding them through patient care in a 7 Med Surg departments unit.

Part-time days (7am–7pm) with a sign-on bonus, you will help foster growth and accountability, coordinate patient care activities, and uphold standards of practice within our progressive NRU environment.

Competenze

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing.
• Current Georgia RN license (or eligibility).
• BLS certification is required.

Mansioni

• Provide nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle.
• Coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff.
