Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field required; Master’s preferred.
• 2–5 years healthcare experience, ambulatory/outpatient preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams, meet productivity goals, and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations at ambulatory clinical sites with clinical insight and operational leadership.
• Inspire and develop front-line teams (up to 50 staff) to achieve high engagement and performance.
• Partner with physicians and regional leaders to drive productivity, access, and excellence.
• Use data and real-time metrics to improve patient flow and clinic performance.
• Build strong relationships across clinical and operational teams to support goals.
• Own financial performance including labor, expenses, and revenue targets.
• Champion patient experience, quality, and safety as a visible clinic leader.
• Lead continuous improvement to strengthen workflows and care delivery.
