You will lead front-line teams, partner with physicians and site leaders, manage staffing, EPIC workflows, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives to deliver an exceptional provider and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of healthcare experience in a clinical setting.
• Experience working in a physician practice, outpatient clinic, ambulatory care, or similar healthcare environment.
• Valid Illinois Driver's License.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience working with operational performance metrics, staffing plans, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned practice sites.
• Evaluate staffing models, workflows, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and patient access.
• Lead daily operational huddles and facilitate communication between physicians, staff, and leadership.
• Monitor patient scheduling, registration, triage processes, phone performance, and clinic flow.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives.
• Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements that enhance productivity and patient experience.
• Collaborate with providers and staff to optimize EPIC workflows and operational performance.
