Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a compassionate and motivated Practice Manager to oversee the clinical and administrative aspects of the practice(s), including practice profitability, revenue goals and CORE metrics.

This includes accountability for clinical quality of care, customer satisfaction, staff satisfaction, productivity, revenue enhancement, managed care performance, staff leadership and assuring adequate access for patients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with a combination of 1–2+ years’ relevant work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a medical office environment; supervision of non-exempt staff.
• Practice Management Certification or other relevant certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Directs internal practice operations; creates benchmarks, tracks and reports progress.
• Researches process improvements/efficiencies and implements changes.
• Collaborates with SMD, providers and management to develop vision and CORE Work plan.
