Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years in healthcare; 3–5 years preferred.
• Clinical background preferred with leadership potential.
• Proven ability to meet productivity goals and manage priorities.

Responsabilités

• Lead the day-to-day operations of ambulatory clinical sites, blending clinical insight with operational leadership.
• Inspire, coach, and develop front-line teams (up to 50 staff), creating a high-engagement, high-performance environment.
• Partner with physicians, medical directors, and regional leaders to drive productivity, access, and operational excellence.
• Use data and real-time metrics to improve patient flow, staffing efficiency, and overall clinic performance.
• Build strong, trusted relationships across clinical and operational teams to support shared goals.
• Own financial performance for assigned sites, including labor management, expense control, and revenue targets.
• Champion patient experience, quality, and safety while serving as a visible leader in the clinic.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen workflows, team collaboration, and care delivery.
