Job summary

Rowan, Inc. seeks a Studio Nurse (RN or LPN/LVN) to deliver a safe, clean, and celebratory ear-piercing experience, applying clinical nursing skills and aseptic practices while educating on aftercare and creating memorable milestones.

Working with the Studio Manager, you will help ensure smooth operations, mentor peers, and uphold Rowan’s Clinical Piercing Standards in a retail environment with sales goals.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license required.
• Comfortable working in a retail environment with sales goals.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, clean, celebratory ear-piercing experiences with professional nursing care.
• Educate customers on aftercare and Rowan's After Care program.
• Conduct ear evaluations for optimal earring placement and offer styling advice.
• Maintain sterile environment at nurse station and on the tray; ensure proper sanitization of surfaces and instruments.
• Collaborate with Studio Manager to keep operations running smoothly and mentor new nurses.
• Monitor customer experience and address issues to uphold Rowan's Clinical Piercing Standards.
