Rowan’s Piercing Studio Nurse role focuses on safe, clean, and joyful ear-piercing experiences performed by licensed nurses. You’ll blend clinical expertise with a celebratory atmosphere, guiding customers from evaluation to aftercare while maintaining Rowan’s high standards.

This position supports flexible shifts, collaboration with the Studio Manager, and opportunities to mentor new nurses within a retail environment that emphasizes safety and customer delight.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license required.
• Eligible to obtain or possess a body art license per state/local laws.
• Professional and engaging customer care approach.
• Willing to work in a retail environment with sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Create magical and memorable customer experiences by combining clinical care with a celebratory atmosphere during each piercing session.
• Ensure customer's safety and comfort and smooth flow of customer care.
• Provide confident, clear, and professional communication with clients throughout their entire piercing experience.
• Create a comforting atmosphere for customers, easing concerns for a relaxed piercing experience.
• Educate customers on aftercare to support healing and well-being.
• Conduct thorough ear evaluations to find the perfect earring placement and offer styling advice.
• Monitor the customer experience and resolve issues to maintain clinical piercing standards.
• Maintain a sterile environment at the nurse station and on the procedure tray; sanitize surfaces and instruments.
• Use skin care and infection control knowledge to provide professional piercing services.
