Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license.
- Eligible to obtain or possess a body art license/registration where required.
- Professional and engaging customer care approach.
- Warm, friendly, team player with entrepreneurial spirit.
- Excited to create celebratory, memorable experiences for customers.
- Skilled in conveying both technical and non-technical information to customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, clean, joyful ear-piercing experiences while upholding Rowan Clinical Piercing Standards.
- Assist Studio Manager to keep operations smooth and festive.
- Educate customers on aftercare and product benefits.
- Maintain sterile environment and proper sanitation of instruments and surfaces.
- Contribute to revenue growth and efficiency metrics through quality service.
