Job summary

Rowan is seeking a Studio Nurse to deliver safe, high‑quality ear piercing with a celebratory touch. You will perform piercings, educate on aftercare, and support a joyful studio atmosphere.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN or LPN license, are eligible for a body art license where required, and excel in customer care while working in a retail setting with sales goals. Training and growth paths are available.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license required.
• Eligible to obtain or possess a body art license/registration per state/local laws.
• Professional and engaging customer care approach.
• Warm, friendly team player with entrepreneurial spirit.
• Willing to create celebratory, memorable customer experiences.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and service mindset.
• Open to all experience levels; newly licensed nurses welcome; pediatrics/ear piercing training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical piercing care with emphasis on safety and customer comfort.
• Create magical customer experiences while maintaining Rowan's piercing standards.
• Educate customers on aftercare and sales of Rowan products.
• Collaborate with Studio Manager to keep operations running smoothly.
• Maintain sterile, aseptic environments and proper sanitation at all times.
• Support inventory stewardship and ensure supplies are stocked.
