Job summary

Banner Casa Grande Medical Center is seeking an RN PCU Observation to support a 43-bed Medical Surgical and 28-bed Observation department, with float to Progressive Care. Night and day shifts, 3x12s, weekend/holiday rotation, and night/weekend differentials.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice and BLS certification.
• Experience in medical-surgical or observation units is preferred.
• Ability to work with a diverse patient population and family-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan/implement care according to policy.
• Coordinate with care team to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Document nursing care and patient responses in medical records.
• Provide patient and family education and discharge planning.
