Banner Casa Grande Medical Center in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking an RN PCU Observation nurse to support 43 bed Medical Surgical and 28 bed Observation units. You will float to PCU as needed and participate in weekend/holiday rotations.

A self-scheduling tool is available, with an 18% night shift differential and weekend differential when applicable. The role emphasizes collaborative care with Providers and the care team, ensuring coordinated patient outcomes in a supportive, hometown-feeling

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Assessing patient needs and planning care for medical/surgical and observation patients.
• Implementing and coordinating nursing care with the care team and providers.
• Documenting assessments, plans, and patient responses accurately.
