Job summary

Banner Casa Grande Medical Center seeks a Registered Nurse to join the Critical Care Resource Team, supporting patients across Med Surg, Obs, and PCU. This role offers a great opportunity to strengthen ICU nursing skills in a learning environment.

Nights are available (7 PM–7:30 AM), 36 hours per week with weekends/holidays on rotation. Enjoy float pay, night diff, weekend diff, and self-scheduling tool.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in acute care nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care per policy.
• Formulate an individualized plan of care with the care team.
• Provide direct patient care and supervise care delivery when applicable.
• Evaluate patient responses and adjust care plans as needed.
• Document care accurately in the patient record.
• Promote evidence-based practice and mentor others when appropriate.
• Contribute to improving patient outcomes and quality indicators.
• Interact with staff across departments and with patients' families.
• Support unit operations and shift coverage as needed.
