Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in the state of practice and valid BLS certification.
• Experience in Observation/PCU preferred.
• New graduate RN experience considered with appropriate commitment may apply.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan care with discharge planning.
• Implement care and supervise team activities per plan and policies.
• Document patient status and coordinate with physicians and care team.
