Job summary

Banner Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Progressive Care Unit at Banner Estrella Medical Center in Phoenix. This full-time Night shift (3 x 12-hour) offers an 18% night differential and a $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible nurses.

Qualifications

Current RN license in state of practice.
BLS certification required.
BSN preferred or working toward.

Responsibilities

Assess patient needs across physical, psychological, social, and cultural domains.
Formulate and revise care plans with patient/family input.
Deliver direct patient care and coordinate with the health care team.
Document care plans, progress, and outcomes in patient records.
Communicate patient status to team and ensure continuity of care.
Mentor or supervise other staff as needed.
Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
Engage in professional development and evidence-based practice.
