Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in acute care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan nursing care for assigned patients.
• Implement, coordinate, and supervise care per physician orders.
• Document care and patient responses in the chart.
• Evaluate patient progress and update care plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for patient outcomes.
