Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• 1 year acute care hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient care needs and develop patient-centered plans.
• Implement and coordinate nursing care according to physician orders and policies.
• Document assessments, plans, interventions and patient responses in the medical record.
• Provide education to patients and families about care plans and discharge needs.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective care.
