Job summary
Banner Estrella Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking experienced PCU nurses for the night shift in the 3A Cardiac Progressive Care Unit. The unit handles medically complex cardiac patients with continuous monitoring and teamwork.

Qualifications
- Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice.
- BLS certification is required.
- Experience in an acute care hospital setting is preferred.
- Banner Registry/Travel roles require 1 year of acute care experience in past 12 months.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and plan care in collaboration with the care team.
- Implement and adjust nursing plans based on patient status and medical orders.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective care.
- Document care, patient teaching and outcomes accurately.
- Monitor cardiac status and respond to changes per policy and procedure.
