An 18% night differential applies, plus a flat $3/hour weekend shift differential when applicable. Responsibilities include assessing patients, planning, implementing and documenting nursing care in alignment with policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient needs and participates in care planning.
• Implements and documents nursing care per physician orders and policy.
• Coordinates care with the health care team and delegates tasks as appropriate.
• Evaluates patient responses and updates plans of care accordingly.
• Maintains accurate, timely documentation in the patient record.
