Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license to work at the assigned HMH location.
• BLS/CPR certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Six or more months of nursing experience OR participant in Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency Program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care per evidence-based practice and standards.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and supervise care by others.
• Communicate plans and status with patient, family, and health-care team.
• Administer medications using bar-scanning and documentation tech.
• Discharge patients ensuring safe transition and continuum of care.
