Qualifications

• Associate degree or diploma in nursing is required.
• BSN in progress or willingness to pursue within three years of hire.
• Minimum six months of nursing experience or participation in Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency Program.
• Ability to learn quickly, be accountable, work in a team, and dedicate to ongoing education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care per evidence-based policies and standards.
• Coordinate and communicate care plans across nursing staff, physicians, and support services.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with age- and disease-specific considerations.
• Perform nursing tasks, documentation, and medication administration using safety systems.
• Support patient and family education and ensure safe transitions upon discharge.
